Trapped

Hello loves! I know I haven't updated with a dream in about a week, I've just been too busy with life to have the time to sit and type a lot of them out. That said this one has stuck with me most of the day and I have a feeling it was begging to be shared. W and D are people I know, and for the sake of privacy, amongst other reasons, I've decided to nickname them and use their initials. Anyways here's the latest weird from my head xx

7th June, 2011
I was standing on a roof top with W and D. They were waiting in line for a driving test and I was sitting on the edge of a stone chair enjoying the sun. It was W's turn to test so she looked at me, I gave her the thumbs up and she got into the car and started to drive. Her driving was pretty bad but somehow she managed to pass. She was really excited over it and came over, gave me a hug. I smiled and asked her if she was ready to leave, she said no, she was going to wait for D to do his test. I asked her why and she said because.... I looked at the schedule list, some people had been cancelled but it would still be an hour before it was his turn. Frustrated I asked for the key back to our hotel room and that I'd meet her later. I opened the door to the roof top and headed down the stairs. The stairs were carpeted and lead to a large reception room, to what looked like a 4 star hotel. When I got to the bottom, I turned left and headed up another stair case that swept across the room, to where the bedrooms were.  On the way up I passed two police officers and I remember feeling quite nervous. I turned around to follow them back as I saw the door to my room was open and another officer was coming out of there. Before I reached the bottom a guy came up and looped his arm around mine and took me upstairs. "Not so fast" he said. I remember getting a creepy feeling from him. He led me up past the rooms and finally opened a door, the second last room from the end of the hall. He threw me hard into the room, and I hit the floor. Getting up I saw him slam the door behind him. I moved for the door but the handle wouldn't budge. I looked around the room. It was white with a small bed on the side, a large double window, leading to a balcony, a small bathroom on the left hand side and a kitchen sink with tiny fridge. I remember knowing there were cameras around, yet I couldn't find them. I headed to the fridge, hoping for something to eat and drink, yet it was empty. Frustrated, I headed out onto the balcony and saw a guy I knew who worked for the guy who had trapped me here. He gave me a sad smile, as he stood on the balcony next to me. I sighed and looked out at the water, wonder if I had jumped would I survive? I felt a small tap on my shoulder, and it was only then I realised the guy was next to me. He handed me a plate of fruit and told me I looked hungry. I smiled and said thanks as I bit into what looked like a white apple. I felt like I knew this guy, but I wasn't sure why, as he stood next to me looking out at the water. I heard the door open behind me and the guy quickly dashed away.

Standing next to the guy from the staircase was another guy I knew as "Duncan". He seemed angry for some reason, although I had no idea why. The guy from the staircase began to tell him things I had apparently done, how I was out flirting with the guy next door, knowing he was on his way. I had no idea what was going on except for the stinging sensation as he slapped me across the face. I stood up angry and pushed him hard against the wall, the door way was clear as I made a dash for it and headed down the staircase. I took a right turn and was in the security room. There was a shot gun on top of the computer desk, and I picked it up. I checked to see if it was loaded and headed back to the room. When I got there, both the men were still there, Angry and confused, I smacked the first guy in the face with the end of the gun. He screamed something out as he went down and more men went into the room. I moved into the room, my gun aimed at Duncan yet moving back and forth between the men who were coming into the room and this guy I was supposed to know. I felt the guy from next door behind me. He told me to put the gun down, that this wasn't worth it and could just bargain our way out. I flashed him a look, and his face told me, this was a really bad idea. The men came closer "don't move" I screamed at them. My finger felt the trigger of the shotgun, and it felt heavy, almost as if daring me to pull it. The guy put his arm around my waist and whispered, “you don't want to do this... you know you don't" Still the gun seemed to stay pointed at them. He pleaded "Kerri don't'. At that moment, one of the men lunged forward; I felt my finger hit the trigger, as if it was something that had been done many times before. The blast echoed through the room and for a second, the entire room went white. I could hear the guy next to me saying "what have you done" and then nothing. Everything was white, it was quite. I felt for a second everything had changed. I could hear the echo of the gun growing louder and louder instead of fainting out, until it was so loud I couldn't think... and then I woke up

Zombies!!

This is the dream I had early this morning. I love when my dreams are random... not so much when they repeat themselves and slightly changes... it always throws me off guard!! Anyways, here we go, my brain's version of a Zombie Apocalypse, or as I've now dubbed it Zompocalypse!

The Zompocalypse

I was sitting on the desk, my legs swinging underneath as I spoke to the old cop. He was wearing a faded blue uniform, and cleaning a shot gun. He smiled at me and said, things were slow , especially out where we were, as he motioned to the window. I looked outside and saw a field and a tiny place in the distance. He looked at me and said, "they're leaving, so you should leave now if you hope to catch up". I looked outside and my parents were walking in the distance, so I smiled, hopped off the desk and walked for the door. "thanks" I said as I went through the door. I walked briskly to catch up, but it seemed I was always so far behind. Before i knew it, I was in a suburb, walking on a path up the hill. My parents were still in the distance, as I rushed to catch up. People attempted to stop me, asking me questions. I pushed them out of the way and continued upwards, feeling tired as I got closer and closer. I walked past a large tree and tripped over. A guy appeared and smiled, and said, look up. I looked upwards towards the sky and there were millions of crows, they were holding something that looked like a giant wooden cross which they dropped. It landed on my ankle as I rolled out of the way. I got up, as another one fell down and stumbled towards the road. My parents were on the other side, just standing there, but there were more and more cars. I yelled across at them, and after a while of attempting to cross the road, they understood and some how crossed the road. We walked down the road and ended up stopping for ice cream and hotdogs... For some reason, we had to walk back to the police station, which was just across the field. We walked, quickly into  the police station, as the old cop closed the door behind us, barricading it with a log. The door shook as someone smacked against it on the other side. Again and again it smacked it, as I creeped closer to look through the peep hole. Through the hole I saw a woman, her hair a complete mess. She kept slamming her arm against the door. I went to open the latch when a younger policeman appeared and yelled No. He slammed his body against the door to stop it from opening. The old man brought out a sickle and through the gap in the door swung downwards. He cut off the woman's arm and slammed the door shut. He looked at me acusingly as another person burst through the window.  More and more people piled into the room, biting and ripping into people, as I ran for the small room. The younger policeman and I hid in the small room. It had metal walls, and was dark. He squeezed my hands as the sound of the door got louder and louder before it burst open. I was thrown against the wall.

When I woke up, I was sitting back on the policeman's desk. He was telling me about zombies. He told me we had to get out before they came and not to get bitten, otherwise there would be no point. Grabbing some weapons, he threw me a long piece of wood to "beat them off" We walked through the front door, he had a shot gun in hand and was shooting people as they came past. It seemed like the more we shot, the more that appeared. More and more of them  streamed through the doors, some of them family, some of them friends, and some unrecogniseable. I smacked them with the stick, again and again, hitting them in the head, hoping to get them away from me long enough to reach the car. Unfortuantely, in the midst of this, my stick broke, and I was left defenseless. I saw the policeman run for the car, as more and more of them closed around me. He looked back.. mouthed sorry as he got into the car and began to drive off. I could feel my arms being bitten and I could see the blood coming down. Things started to get darker until I couldn't see anything.

When my vision became clear, I was sitting back on the desk at the police station. The old man looked at me and smiled. He said "feeling any deja vu yet?" And I looked at him, sighed and said. "Give me the damn guns this time." He stuffed a duffel bag full of shot guns, handed it too me and showed me how to load one. I'd just loaded my first gun when the door burst open and a man with half a face appeared. I sighed and said, here we go again. I was about to shoot him when I heard a phone ring. I turned to it, Picked it up.. and woke up to my house phone ringing.
